Congratulations to Nigel Farage and UKIP!
It looks like UKIP, with is a relatively libertarian anti-EU party in the UK just captured 23% in local elections, nipping at the heels of the Conservative Party, which honestly isn't that conservative anymore. The fact that they were able to go from the rough equivalent of the US Libertarian Party to 23% like this is stunning. Let's hope they can carry some of this momentum to the general election in a few years:
