This is actually pretty funny, showing exactly how un-democratic the Democratic party is. You can see LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa ask for a voice vote on changing the DNC platform to once again support Jerusalem as Israel's capital (it was in the 2008 platform but was missing in the current one). A 2/3rds vote is required for passage for the amendment. Well, when he asks for a vote, its pretty clear that the Yea's and Nay's are pretty even, looking confused and frustrated he asks for another vote. Again, it's pretty clear the two sides are basically even. Again, looking confused and frustrated he asks for a third vote. And once again, the delegates are clearly evenly divided. At that point he says that in his opinion the Yea's have it and then the room boos:
