The Democratic Platform No Longer Supports Jerusalem as the Capital of Israel

Here is the language from the 2008 Democratic platform that no longer appears in the 2012 version, which focuses more on what Obama has "done" for Israel rather than what the Democratic party believes about Israel.  A second term for Obama could be disastrous for the Jewish state. Jerusalem is and will remain the capital of Israel. The parties have agreed that Jerusalem is a matter for final status negotiations. It should remain an undivided city accessible to people of all faiths.
